HOW TO RETURN
30 Day Return Policy
Returning an item couldn’t be easier. Try your purchases in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back we will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. This includes items purchased in the sale or with a promotion code. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your proof of purchase.
Please make sure your items are returned in a new and unused condition and in their original packaging in order for us to process an exchange or refund.
Engraved items are non-returnable/ non-refundable.
Processing your Refund
Upon receipt of items, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods, minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply). We will process your refund within 3 days of receipt. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.
