ONLINE ORDERS

Payment in whole, by credit card or debit card, is required before dispatch of goods.
Once payment has been received by us, we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending a confirmation email to you at the email address you provide in your online order form.
Goods supplied by Azurechic jewellery to customers remain the property of the company, until paid for in full by the customer.

Unfortunately, our 1 year warranty does not cover the loss or theft of any pieces. We would advise you to contact your insurance/ home insurance to make a claim with them directly. We are happy to provide any proof of purchase information that you may need, to request this information please contact our Customer Care Team.

TELEPHONE ORDERS

Orders can be placed over the telephone by calling the customer service team on +357 25025075. Card details will be processed using our online secure Paypal payment process.
these terms apply to telephone orders also.

PRE-ORDER

Unfortunately, pre-ordering is currently not available. These items will show as Out of Stock, and will become available again for Pre-Order in the new year so keep an eye on the website.

Pre-Orders can be placed online as normal, on selected pieces. Please note that payment will be taken at the checkout and you will receive an email confirmation.

Please note, due to unexpected supplier delays, pre-orders can be delayed for up to 6-8 weeks (displayed in the pop up). We will of course do everything we can to ensure your order arrives on time.

 

PRICES

Orders are subject to acceptance by the company and the availability of the goods, and will be invoiced at prices set out in our website at the time of purchase.
All of our prices are listed in Euro and you will be invoiced in Euro.
If you are purchasing goods from outside the European Union, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may affect the amount billed on your credit card.

PROMOTIONAL CODES

From time to time, Azurechic jewellery will offer promotional codes at points of sale, or for loyal customers (either directly or via third parties)

Azurechic jewellery have the right to further reduce their products and are unable to refund the difference to customers.

 

  1. By participating in any such promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions.
  2. Promotional codes allow the user one single use. This offer can only be redeemed on a single Azurechic jewellery order at www.azurechic.com
  3. Promotional code offers exclude all other promotions and offers and cannot be combined with any other discounts.
  4. Promotional codes can only be applied to full price items.
  5. This offer cannot be applied retrospectively to previous orders.
  6. This promotion is only available at www.azurechic.com and is not valid in any Azurechic jewellery stockists.
  7. Azurechic jewellery reserves the right to (i) cancel this offer at any time (ii) refuse to allow any individual to participate in the offer (iii) amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavours to notify changes to all customers.)
  8. Refunds will take into account the discount
  9. Offer does not include delivery charges or gift wrap.
  10. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and exclusive jurisdiction of the Republic of Cyprus courts in the event of a dispute.
