Delivery & shipping
We ship worldwide from Limassol, Cyprus. Standard shipping is free on orders from €30 (€4.50 below that). Express costs €4.90 in Cyprus and €25 worldwide, and is free on orders from €100. Every parcel is tracked.

In Cyprus, orders under €30 are sent by Express (€4.90).
When your order ships
- Fine Jewellery (solid gold and diamonds) is dispatched within 3 business days, free, insured and tracked.
- Silver and gold-plated jewellery is dispatched from Limassol, tracked.
- You’ll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Customs and duties
There are no customs duties within the EU. For countries outside the EU, such as the UK, the US or Australia, the destination country may charge import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by local customs and paid by the recipient.
Sending a gift
Simply enter the recipient’s name and address as the delivery address at checkout. Short on time? Send an e-gift card, emailed straight to them.

Yes. We ship from Limassol, Cyprus to Europe, the UK, the US and worldwide, with tracking on every parcel.
When will my order be dispatched?+
Fine Jewellery is dispatched within 3 business days. Silver and gold-plated jewellery is dispatched from Limassol, and you'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Is Fine Jewellery shipped insured?+
Yes. Every Fine Jewellery order is shipped free, insured and tracked.
Will I pay customs duties?+
Orders within the EU, including Cyprus and Greece, have no customs duties. Orders to countries outside the EU, such as the UK, the US or Australia, may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country; these are set by local customs and paid by the recipient.
Can I send an order as a gift?+
