Which payment methods do you accept?+
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express through our secure, encrypted checkout.
Is it safe to order from Azure Chic?+
Yes. Azure Chic has sold jewellery online from Limassol, Cyprus since 2014. Payments are processed securely and we never see or store your full card details.
Do you have a shop I can visit?+
Azure Chic is an online jewellery shop based in Limassol, Cyprus. We don't have a showroom, but we deliver across Cyprus and worldwide and are happy to help by email or phone.
Do you sell gift cards?+
Yes. E-gift cards of €50, €100 or €200 are emailed to the recipient with your personal message.
Delivery
How much is shipping?+
Standard shipping is free worldwide on orders from €30 (€4.50 below that). Express costs €4.90 in Cyprus and €25 worldwide, and is free on orders from €100.
How quickly will my order ship?+
Fine Jewellery is dispatched within 3 business days, insured and tracked. Every order gets a tracking number by email when it leaves Limassol.
Returns
What is your returns policy?+
You can exchange or return any order within 30 days of purchase if it's unused and in its original packaging. Fine Jewellery returns are free and insured; for silver and gold-plated jewellery the return postage is paid by you.
How do I start a return?+
Email sales@azurechic.com with your order number and we'll send you the return instructions.
Our jewellery
What is your jewellery made of?+
Our everyday collection is 925 sterling silver, some pieces plated in gold or rose gold and set with cubic zirconia. Our Fine Jewellery is solid 9k, 14k or 18k gold set with natural or lab-grown diamonds.
Are the diamonds real?+
Yes. Every Fine Jewellery piece is set with real diamonds: natural (D/VVS2, F/VS2, G/VS2 or G/SI), lab-grown (D/VVS2) or natural black diamonds. The type is stated on the product page and your order.
What is the difference between natural and lab-grown diamonds?+
Both are real diamonds with the same hardness and sparkle. Natural diamonds formed in the earth over billions of years; lab-grown diamonds are grown in weeks, so they cost less for the same size and quality.
Are the products pictured actual size?+
Photos are enlarged to show detail. Each product page lists the size and dimensions, and most Fine Jewellery pages include technical drawings with measurements.
What ring sizes do you offer?+
Fine Jewellery rings are made in EU sizes 48–62. Our ring size guide converts EU and US sizes and shows how to measure at home.
How do I care for my jewellery?+
Put jewellery on last and take it off first, keep it away from perfume, chlorine and cleaning products, and store pieces separately. Our jewellery care guide has full cleaning instructions.

Where can I see my orders?+
Sign in to My account to see your orders, their status and your saved addresses.
