How can I reach Customer Service?


Our customer service team will deal with your queries by phone or email. Please either contact us at sales@azurechic.com. Customer service is available Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm EET.

Are the products pictured actual size?

Because computer monitors vary in size, it is impossible to show an actual size image on the Internet.
However, we have included total height / max width to give you as much detail regarding size as possible.

I have forgotten my password, now what?

In case you already have an account with Azure Chic and you have forgotten your password. Go to My Account page by clicking on the icon right next to ‘Cart’ and ‘Wishlist’ from top right. From the two boxes you see on your screen on the grey one on your left hand side for Registered customers there is a link for Lost your password? By clicking on that link just enter your e-mail and you will receive a link to create a new password via email.

I have forgotten my username, now what?

In case you already have an account with Azure Chic and you have forgotten your username, do the same as you would if you would have forgotten your password. Go to My Account page by clicking on the icon right next to ‘Cart’ and ‘Wishlist’ from top right. From the two boxes you see on your screen on the grey one on your left hand side for Registered customers there is a link for Lost your password? By clicking on that link just enter your e-mail and you will receive an e-mail stating your username and a link to create a new password if you wish. If you do not reset your password the existing password will remain.

What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept Paypal which is a very safe and widely known Getaway which processes all major credit and debit cards. For Cyprus we also accept Cash on Delivery, so you only pay when you receive your products.

How much is shipping?

Shipping depends on Country and quantity. It is calculated automatically at the checkout. Shipping is free for products of €30 or more.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

It depends from the country and the time of ordering. We offer same day dispatch.

How do I get a refund?

Our refund policy allows our customers to return their products free of charge, by only covering the shipping expenses of receiving and sending the item. The refund policy only stands for four weeks after the item has been received.

How do I return / exchange items?

Exchanging or returning an item couldn’t be easier. Try your purchase on in the comfort of your own home and let us know straightaway if you’d like a refund and we’ll accept your returned product.

You have 28 days from receiving your order to:

Communicate your exchange or return in your Azure Chic account
Book your alternative product (in case of exchange)
Send your purchase back to us
Items must be returned to us unused with all Azure Chic tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.

What if I change my mind?

In case you change your mind regarding your purchase, you can get a full refund. Please see “How do I get a refund?

We offer Paypal and Cash on Delivery for Cyprus.
